This market research article is specially significant in analyzing how Jet Blue bounced back after a disasterous series of events earlier this year. It focuses on the importance laid on customer satisfaction by Jet Blue and how it does rank the best among airlines in the United States for customer satisfaction. It also potrays that despite the events that occured in February, customers continue to believe in Jet Blue and they understand that Jet BLue is not about that. I think this is a really interesting article. I liked that you went a step further, not just looking at the immediate effects, but also what the effects of this instance were months later. I think this article give us a different perspective on the situation. Although there have been many drastic changes in jetBlue's management since the incident, customers still have a loyalty to the company. I think this whole situation is interesting. JetBlue knew that this was going to happen sooner or later. It happens to every airline company. I guess I don't understand why they didn't have something planned out earlier for what to do in such a situation.
