I liked your press release. It is very organized. I liked how you put the contact information at the top of the page before starting the letter. The first paragraph was great because it explained the situation and it keeps the readers attention to continue on in the press release. It is also nice that you went through the press release in steps explaining the situation step by step. Your press release answered a lot of questions the readers may have while reading the press release. The ending was appropriate because it showed the passengers how this crisis will not get the company down and that jetBlue is working hard to adjust its policy to improve the company for its passengers.
