I think you did a great job on your press release. I liked how you provided contact information before your introduction and again emphasized at the end by repeating it. It was good idea to provide exact numbers because I think it enhanced your credibility from reader. Also you clearly showed why and what happened as well what they have worked to solve the problem. I liked how you break down paragraphs including each main points yet consistent to main idea. My little suggestion is to consider revise these events caused their customers in the first sentence of last paragraph. It sounds kind of vague and unsure. Also it sounds little unclear in the first paragraph that the crisis were due to weather condition and the lack of crew members. May be you can combine 5th and 6th sentence instead using due to twice. Anything else than I think you created a strong press release!

I also liked that you emphsized the contact informations clearly by including at the beginning and the end of the release. If I have to offer one comment though, I suggest you revise the third sentence, the explanation about the bad weather. In my opinion "unpredictable and harsh" seems a little bit ambiguous. But other than that, I think your press release is very clear and to the point.

Throughout the entire paper you really grabbed the attention of the reader and answered the questions “who”, “what”, “where”, “when”, “how”, and “why”. This is vital when preparing a press release because it fulfills a lot of on going questions people may have and is a start for the company to gain back its good reputation prior to these unfortunate events. I also found it interesting when you explained in detail what it is JetBlue was exactly doing as far as getting the company back on track with chartering other airplanes. The only recommendation I would say doing is to bold your font and perhaps include a quote from someone that is a credible source of information.
