Soo, I like how you have included the jetBlue logo on the letterhead, it gives the document a professional feel. Also, I like how you have tried to show how apologetic jetBlue is about the whole situation and discuss what they have done to improve their customer service for the future. I really get the feel from reading your release that jetBlue really cares about customer satisfaction and is truly willing to do whatever then need to in order to insure that they maintain a high level of high satisfaction. Furthermore, as a customer it is comforting that jetBlue is dedicated to working towards the future and I like how you end your letter on this positive note.

I really liked the way you presented the whole situation, provided what the company is doing to combat it and the future as well. The really nice thing about it is that its precise and doesnt overstates anything. i guess it was right not to give much of the facts as anyways the people read it in the papersand they certainly dont have to be mentioned again, thats the reason that its not boring. It definitely makes clear that the company cares for its passengers and believe in providing service of utmost level.
