I thought that your press release was very well written. I liked how you used jetBlue’s logo and created made a title for the press release. The contact information at the top of the letter makes it look very professional. The starting paragraph gives detailed information about the crisis and made a clear understanding of the situation. I thought it was good how you addressed the issue in the second paragraph but admitting to the mistake, and as a result explaining how jetBlue went about the crisis. The third paragraph summed up the press release by showing sympathy and the ability to suit all of the passengers needs. The press release for very sincere and gave the passengers a clear understanding of the situation and the resolution to the problem.
