This was an excellent press release. The first thing that caught my eye was the format, everything was well aligned and in proper order, which is ideal. The context was also in proper working order. The first paragraph was used to introduce the article, and the next two paragraphs provide detail to the problem and repercussions JetBlue will take amongst themselves. The final paragraph sums up the whole press release and claims that they will not let a similar event take place. A suggestion that I would make is to include a geographical location. For example, the event took place at J.F.K Airport, so you could write "New York City, New York - Due to the recent sever winter weather storms..." When ever I read press releases, this is something that is almost always included. After researching online, I found that including a "###" after the press release helps the reader to know that the text has ended. I'm not sure if this is required but it shows better use of press release author's writing. You ended with contact information and this was necessary. You did a very nice job with this project.

Very good job on this press release. I have never written one of these and struggled through my own so may not be of much help to you. I really liked the overall format of your release. The airline logo on the right hand side was nice and avoided interfering with or taking away attention from the contact information. The body of the press release was well written. You went through discussing why flights were delayed, what the issue at hand was and how the company was going to fix it. You had enough detail that anyone could understand what the issue is but not too much that it seemed redundant. Good Job!
