I enjoy how you write the press release assuming the reader does not know the situation that occurred. I think too many people have started their press releases believing that the person reading the document knows what happened. I also think it was a great idea to include that people should take the time to watch the video apology. Since this apology was highly acclaimed, I think most people would enjoy viewing it. You write in a simple language that is easy to understand as well. The only critique I might have is that you end your press release with ### since that was suggested in some of the material. Otherwise, it looks great and sounds very professional!
