I liked how you pulled everything together with facts. I think you really went into depth with a thorough explanation of the problem from mentioning how many flights were cancelled to what caused the crisis. You also explained what is going to be done to make sure something of this magnitude will not affect the company or the passengers to this extent. Having a plan of action is always critical, especially in the case when JetBlue is trying to prove to their customers they are a worthy company that can be trusted in ensuring customer satisfaction. Including a sincere apology at the end wrapped up the press release and left a good impression of the company. The only suggestion I would make would be to bold the font and include a quote from a credible source of information.

This looks good. You may want to center the logo and switch the sides on the heading. That is how I have seen examples online. Although, this might be different for different business. Your first paragraph does a good job of explaining the events. Also I like the first line in your second paragraph. It makes the reader understand that JetBlue isn’t trying to blame the weather, and is taking full responsibility. You provide nice details on how much money JetBlue has provide to customers because of this issue and provide good details on where other information is located. Also, nice job adding contact numbers at the bottom of your press release.
