I really liked that you put the logo from JetBlue Airways on your press release. Overall, your press release is very good! It initially addresses those affected and apologizes. It also explains what happened in great detail with numbers and the steps being taken to ensure that an event like this won't happen again. I also like that you reiterated your apology and placed full responsibility on JetBlue. My only suggestion would be to add the contact information at the bottom of the page as well or at least include JetBlue's website for more information, especially for more information on the Customer Bill of Rights. Other than that, great press release!
