I really like your letter. I like the format you have chosen and how you talk about the company first and end with the customer. You have addressed the customers concerns very well and have showed how jetBlue is going to take care of them and how they are fixing the problem for the future. Furthermore, I like how you address the problems that occurred as being the result of a safety concern. This gives the customer a sense that you care about them and eases some of their previous frustrations. I also like how you reference the website and invite them to review the Customer Bills of Rights and leave comments on what they feel about it.
