I thought your letter was very proffesional. The language you used through out the letter was very complete and very well understood. I am sure you customers will react very well to your letter. Your letter was very honest, and to the point. You let your customers know that they would be reinstated for the mistakes your company made, and that the mistakes would not go unnoticed. You also did not turn the blame around onto anyone, you made it very clear that the mistakes were because your company was not fully capable of dealing with the problems. I do not think your letter needs really any editing, you did a very good job!

I like how you included exactly how the customer would be reinstated so that they know for sure what they are getting back. I like the way that you didn’t blame anyone else but your company for the crises because in the business world the customer is always right. Over all I think you did an excellent job on your business latter and I don’t think there is anything for you to edit.

All of the necessary points have been covered to inform the passenger of all the changes that will be implemented. Other areas that are pertinent to the letter are also covered well, such as the tone and rhetorical strategy. The clarity of the letter is direct, informative, and apologetic. Also, it sounds very persuasive that changes will be done immediately and in an effective manner. The only piece of advice that I could offer would be to revise the beginning of the sentence, "Here you as a customer". When I first read through the letter it didn't sound right to me. Other than that, it looks great.
