I think you did a good job with your business letter and you were able to clearly tell the customer what he was going to get to compensate him for his experience with JetBlue. I think your tone was very professional, which is not bad at all. I would try to imagine what you would feel like in this situation then maybe add a couple things. I would add a couple things on how you know exactly how the customer feels. I think this will give it a more personal feeling so they know you wrote it and it is not a template. I like how you tell him what you are going to do for him and what you are doing to change the company. I also liked your closing. By telling the customer to feel free to contact you I feel it ends the letter with a good tone. Overall, you wrote a very good business letter.
