This week helped me realize that our group can work together to help others out when they are in a crunch. I had left for Las Vegas this entire week (for my job) and literally had no time to help out with work in the first drafts. Since I contributed a lot of work to the Gnatt Chart I figured this wouldn’t be too much of a problem. Matt and Samana did the first drafts of our pet care brochure and general info brochure. I think they did an excellent job with the design principles and we are well on our way to having very professional looking brochures. I will be in charge of doing revisions on those two drafts for the following week. I plan on taking the two brochures and making them look more similar and consistent to each other. I also plan on taking instructor feedback into consideration. It’s nice to know I can count on my group members!

This assignment vs one in the real world
We definitely pulled this one close to the wire, but to be honest I'd assume that plenty of projects undertaken by professionals run pretty close to their deadline as well. Everyone in the group has their own summer issues to deal with and thats just the reality of us being students and working and doing whatever during our so called "break".
I do like that we can pull together even though our communication is not instantaneous as it would be in a face-to-face group and I agree with you completely that our brochures should have some consistency to them; to me, thats the mark of professionalism.

Hey, thank you for doing the gnatt chart. It looked great! I just wanted to say sorry for this issue that has came up with my family. I will pick up my weight as soon as I get back I am hoping be able to get to a computer when I'm gone. Matt Thanks again for doing the brochure. It turned out very professional looking. Once again I am sorry about this. I'll be back as soon as I can
