During week 14, the major goal was to complete the research blogs and thumbnail step of the project. On Monday we met on AIM to discuss the progress of the project and future tasks. To start the research blog I did my first research blog on the basics of hydroelectric power in the United States. For my first research blog I wanted to focus on the basics of hydroelectricity and the history in the United States. I also completed the normal blog for the weekly reading response. On Tuesday I completed my second research blog on how President Obama's campaign will affect the future of hydroelectric power. For Wednesday I completed the thumbnail activity and found it affective to look at other group members thumbnails and see which one will work the best. I also finished up the blog comments for Monday's reading response. On Thursday I completed the final research blog on new opportunities in hydroelectric power. I thought that my final research blog was the most beneficial because of the inventions that might lead hydroelectric power into the "green" age. On Friday I finished off the week by posting all of my research blogs listing the topic and source of each one before the description of the source. I also completed the Thumbnail Feedback activity and definitely thought that each thumbnail page had great features, but overall one stood out from the rest.
