Subject: Individual Activity Report 5

This activity report accounts for the progress I have made from April 27th to May 3rd.

This week my first task was to revise my section of the white paper. I mainly had to change the wording of my section to avoid using 2nd person which was noted by Professor Rivers as being too informal for a professional document. I also had to include my citations within my section of the paper. The citations were used in the side notes of my section.

My second task for this week was compiling and turning in the final draft of our white paper. This involved gathering everyone’s sections and formatting each section to fit together. My formatting involved trying to minimize the amount of white space by shifting the graphics to fit better with the text. I also had to resize some of the graphics and captions so that everything fit together nicely. After I finished compiling and formatting the final draft I submitted to my group for them to review. After they got back to me with any changes that they though needed to be made I turned in the final version of our white paper.
