Overall, you have a solid start here. It seems as though you have parsed the document into its component parts, and endeavored to analyze each option equivalently without favoring or neglecting one of the choices.

One main issue is that you should clarify your structure, primarily by relying more on graphics and less on text. It is difficult to tell at a glance where the reader is in the document. Also, the few small screen captures don't do much to support your claims, particularly given that UI distinctions is a major thing that differentiates web browsers. Additionally, given that you are using the same criteria to evaluate each browser (features, security, problems), you should be able to create a useful matrix in your "Comparison" section. Other design issues fall under this ambit. The background would benefit from being lighter, which would improve text contrast and readability, and section headers should be physically closer to the material they head than to the previous section.

You also want to make sure that you are treating each option equivalently. Opera's "Problems" section, for example, seems underdeveloped. Also, formally, you don't need to indent when paragraphs are separated by a line break. The purpose of indenting is to mark where a new paragraph begins. If there is a line break, indenting is unnecessary. Also, there is a small grammar issue in the first paragraph. Technically you don't decided between three options; you decide among them. Between is only appropriate for two choices.

Overall, you have a solid start here. The biggest thing to do is revise your structure. You want a more visual presentation, and this touches many different aspects of your design.
