English 421Y: Technical Writing Online

This week I worked on my part of the white paper project which is performance. In this part I plan on telling the reader about these products in terms of specs and how well they operate. I put them all in the same formatting and made each part almost exactly the same in terms of layout so you could figure out where the same information is in each part to create a kind of comparison type paper. I used some of the information from the previously written research blogs and also did some more research to come up with more hard date. I also included some charts and graphs which again help compare the different products in aspects such as rated output vs. wind speeds and monthly output with average wind speeds. I also included the price which shows that two of the models are priced around the same and one of equal specs and ratings is a little more costly. I also included a picture of each model so the reader can get an understanding of what the unit itself looks like and where they can install it if they want to. It was challenging to find similar specs to make them easier to compare but I did find the data after a while and put it together as best I could.
