English 421Y: Technical Writing Online

This was a busy week for me again with school and work, but I found time to get it all done. Really the only thing that we had to do this week was to prepare our rough draft of our white paper. I had previously done my research blogs so I pretty much knew what I wanted to put into the paper, but I had to put in the right format. Basically what I did was take all of the information from my research and put it into the same category for each phone. For example I put the size and weight together, colors together, and all of the different hardware and specification information together. Once I finished this file I added it to our Microsoft Live website so that it could be put into the white paper.

This week we had a little better communication than last, but we are going to have to work on it for this week if we want to make the best possible white paper. Last week I was really busy and wish I would have been able to put more time into the rough draft, but this week I will most definitely dedicate more time towards this project. Every week I always try to send out an email or two early in the week to make sure that everybody knows what we have to do this week and I ask how we think we should get it done. Hopefully this week my group and I will be proactive and get our project done early.
