English 421Y: Technical Writing Online

Its a day late, but this is my individual activity report from last week. During week fourteen, I along with the rest of my group mainly focused on completing the rough draft of our white paper. Because there was no reading response or comments to make about the reading responses, I had the entire week to just focus on this. I had a meeting with my group the week before were we had briefly discussed how we wanted to do the rough draft, and during the week we continued to refine it as new issues came up. I also made sure during the week to try and talk to Joe and Shane about how they did their sections so that all of ours would be as consistent as possible. Keeping all the sections about the individual routers consistent will make it easier for any readers to compare and contrast the products and get a better feel about which one will be an appropriate solution for them. This week didn't have much else for me to do other then just work on the draft and make sure it worked well with the rest of our groups white paper. After hearing back from the professor on our rough draft we should have next week to continue working on our white paper and make sure it is consistent, fair, objective, and addresses the appropriate audience.
