English 421Y: Technical Writing Online

This week I spent the majority of my time (not literally) reviewing the instructor's comments on our groups project submission and making adjustments to better my section. The main change that I made was to encompass an additional section, related to the discussion of the economic efficiency of the closed loop geothermal system. I left this out for the rough draft as there was still a little confusion within the group as to how we were going to present this information. Once this had been added, I felt that I had really presented all of the relevent information on this option, and that I was unbiased as well in my approach.

We also coordinated this week concerning some of the more over-arching aspects of our white paper. We've choosen to even out the content distribution a litter better, so as to farther reduce the risk of any undesirable bias. This was one of the major focuses during this project, as our group obviously desired to meet the qualifications of a white paper, and provide the proper information to the proper audience. We have also used this opportunity to add in additional content that may have been missing through the initial run. This included an executive summary, to basically summarize the major points of our white paper.
