Subject: Individual Activity Report

This report summarized the work and progress completed since April 20th.

I started the week off by reading through the comments left on our rough draft. We decided to each revise our sections of the paper and send them to Andy to compile into the final draft. Still having a few questions, I sought clarification on some of our comments. With this extra feedback I began to revise my section. I tried to balance it with the other sections, being sure that it had nearly the same number of sections to avoid bias keep our credibility. I also increased the size of the images to make them easier to read, along with providing more descriptive and clearer captions for each.

I also spent time drafting an intro and conclusion for the white paper. I made sure to include the purpose, along with the primary and secondary audiences in the intro. I also wrote a conclusion towards the end of the week, and asked Nigel or Chris to write up the summary so we would have all the parts completed with time for Andy to put it all together.
It all came together in end and was submitted on time.
