English 421Y: Technical Writing Online

This week our group was responsible for collaborating and delivering the final draft of our white paper project. We needed to update our original draft according to the instructor’s suggestions. There were several notes in the feedback that our group needed to address and complete for our white paper final draft deliverable.

At the beginning of the week, I initiated conversation of updating our original draft by sending out an email Monday last week. I decided to send the email to get organized and have a plan to finish the project deliverable. I asked everyone in our group specific questions relative to the feedback left by the instructor. I first wanted to address the major missing portions of our draft such as the executive summary, introduction, and conclusion. Next to that, I offered my opinion on how we were to edit the existing content as a group. My suggestion was to edit properly according to what individual portion we originally worked on. Through a series of replies and continued conversation, our group was organized and followed the feedback accordingly.

I developed my individual part for the collective group final draft. I updated my original by the suggestions on the feedback left by the instructor. I submitted my portion to the group member who volunteered to collect and submit our group work.
