This activity report summarizes the steps taken to complete the proposal for the white paper my group has decided to create.

Our group began communicating near the middle of week 12 in order to finish our project proposal. Via Google Groups and AIM we communicated in order to split up the work of creating the different parts of the proposal. I personally handled the “Advantages of SharePoint” section of the proposal, as I am the most familiar with SharePoint within our group. I used this section to detail some of the technical information regarding SharePoint and attempted to mesh my section with what the others had also written. After completing my portion I posted it onto our Google Group for my teammates to review it. All of the sections were then brought together to create our overall proposal.

I enjoy the utilization of Google Groups and feel that it will help in the efficiency of completing this project virtually. The team was helpful toward my situation this week as I was on a bus going to Oklahoma City, OK during one of the meetings, but they communicated anything I missed and enabled me to do my part.
