Subject: Individual Activity Report 2

This activity report accounts for the work and progress I have made from April 5th to April 12th.

I set up the meeting we had planned for last week. We meet and layout out tasks and responsibilities for the coming weeks. I also filled in one of our group members who was unable to meet due to class conflicts. I wanted to make sure he knew his responsibilities, as long as what he should expect from the rest of the group.

My second task was to revise our project proposal to bring it more inline with the class goals and expectations. The main revisions were to account for the audience better and make the options more mutually exclusive. With further feedback and emails with Professor Rivers, a stronger proposal was reached and still needs to be submitted. Our new proposal will deal with reducing the amount of energy needed to heat a home using different types of heat pumps. By doing this, the options will be entirely mutually exclusive. I notified the rest of the group of the changes so that they can begin doing meaningful research for this new proposal. I have been working on this proposal today and plan to have it finished and submitted by tomorrow.
