This week was obviously spent on making the final corrections to our white paper. We spent a lot of time revising, formatting, and restructuring our paper to make it just right. We implemented a lot of the corrections that were given in our rough draft feedback and we feel that they helped to improve the overall flow of the document.

To kick off the week we all took turns reading through the various sections to make final grammatical and structural corrections. After that we decided to have a group meeting to discuss how to implement the revisions given to us in our feedback report. We all realized that we needed to implement bullet points within the paper to give it a better flow and allow the reader to skim through and find pertinent information. This was done for each browser. In our meeting we also spoke about the graphics that needed to be used in our paper. We realized that text is fine, but out audience wants to see some data or screen shots of the browsers. This was solved by using various graphs of load time, security, etc. Screen shots of key browser functions were also implemented to give the audience an idea of what we were talking about.

After all the tweaks were made, it was thrown into the format and checked again. A document was posted on Google Docs. where we each wrote comments about the paper. We made notes about each page to make sure nothing was left out. After all the tweaks were made it was time to do our references. Each person did their own references in MLA format and was posted on Google Docs. The final touches were put on the paper and approved by all group members that it was ready to be turned in.

Overall this project went very smooth. We all communicated very well and each performed our designated tasks. Our time table for getting everything done was also followed pretty closely. I think we have a solid white paper that will be effective to our audience in terms of content and design.
