English 421Y: Technical Writing Online

During this week starting from Monday (April 27th) to today, Friday (May 1st), our group has primarily worked on editing the rough draft and making a final version of the White Paper.
This week moved very quickly, leaving no time to wait around. At the beginning of the week the group agreed to read through the comment on our rough draft. We were encouraged to look at our paper and see what we could individually improve on. Most of the problems were within the grammar and in text citing resources. In addition there were a few more additional problems that our group addressed.
Joey initiated this week by first going through and making corrections to grammatical errors and making an introductory and a conclusion. Between the rest of the group members, we all revised our sections and posted the in text citations after our parts.
With this week it has been very busy; at one time we had multiple version of the paper that caused some of us redo our portions. After a few minor set backs we were able to continue and make progress toward completing this project.
One of the problems that we encountered was correctly formatting the references and making sure that we give credit to the correct people. After rereading the White Paper project description and figuring realizing that we had to use MLA formatting; we found directions by searching on the internet.
Overall, this week has been very busy with school coming to the final approach. With everyone getting all of their parts perfected with making in text citations. We were able to put the finishing touches on our paper fairly earlier today. Everyone is pleased with the final outcome of the paper. As of right now we do not know what we could improve on.
