Subject: Individual Activity Report 2

This activity report accounts for the progress I have made from April 6th to April 12th

My main task for this week was to assemble my groups Gantt chart. This involved figuring out how to split up each major task and assigning it to a specific person to accomplish. As I worked on the Gantt chart I realized that most of the major milestones for the white paper project involved everyone’s input, such as the research blogs. After I realized this it made it much easier to separate the tasks on the Gantt chart. Instead of assigning a specific person as a resource for each task (i.e. listing everyone’s research blogs) I just listed the task once and made everyone a resource. The only task that was split up was the group progress report due each week.

My second major task for this week was talking to my group about the research for our individual research blogs as well as the over all project. It was decide that we would try to split up our research four ways to help minimize research overlap. I volunteered to research the technology portion of our topic and began the actual research.
