Wow I really like your layout. The border around the whole page makes it look very formal. Also the extra sidebar subheadings are a good idea. I actually think that the white paper reading that we did in the beginning of the project (steak sizzle one), had that feature and it looked great. The fading of color makes it look visually appealing also. Making the color green brings the project into that “green” feel that we are striving for. The only thing that I think it needs is probably a page number on each page, but that is only a minor thing. Good job.
Again, I have to agree with Dean. You seem to have a knack for this sort of thing because this looks actually really professional. I think the subtle color of green serves to reinforce our point about green energy. This is probably the thumbnail that I would choose as our starting point for the final design. I’m not sure what information we are going to be able to put in the sidebar area but we could designate it as the area for charts and statistics. Another option is to actually use that area to introduce and briefly explain each of the technologies rather than wasting space in our actual paper. Instead we can just focus on comparing and explaining their benefits/drawbacks in the actual body.
