One thing I feel the need to point out is that JetBlue's problems were NOT the storms that occured in february. STorms happen all the time and airlines cancel flights with such frequency that im beginning to think that that only certain things in life are road construction in Chicago, flight cancelations, taxes and death. WHat essentially kills JetBlue is that they had to keep canceling flights due to what their CEO calls a "communications crisis". In other words, they couldnt communicate with pilots and stewardesses (i am NOT calling them flight attendants) to update them on new plans.
I have a word document for all the press releases that I write, just for consistency in form, so if anyone is interested, please let me know and I'll email the template.

As always, anything that can help me be a better writer is appreciated.
Oh man, oh man, did Neal Patterson ever screw up. Even if Patterson's "stinging" e-mail hadn’t caused a stock plummet it would have caused his managers to have at least some sort of ill will towards him. The article is exactly right when it says that you never send that sort of mass message via e-mail. You need to be specific of you are going to be that harsh, so he either needed to verbally address his managers or send that e-mail to people that he KNEW to be the issue.
Work Experience
1. No work done professionally, but worked extensively with Purdue’s chapter of PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America). I was elected to an executive board position, responsible for garnering publicity and promoting club events as well as advertising for new member rush. Was also head of the client committee: responsibilities include procuring clients and acting as liaison between organization and client. Also responsible for leading all proposed campaigns and activities associated with clients.

MS&L/ Los Angeles Is Recruiting Interns
MS&L / Los Angeles is looking for smart, collaborative, passionate and dedicated interns for the Spring and Summer of 2007. MS&L is a top tier PR agency with blue chip Consumer, Healthcare, Public Affairs and Corporate clients. MS&L’s mission is to be more important to our clients and our vision is to inspire clients and employees to think differently about public relations.
There is no "OBJECTIVE" line. During interviews I was given the advice that when applying and interviewing for internships your objective is obvious and therefore become redundant for the reader.
