I have attached both a booklet version so that you can see what it is supposed to look like as well as a page by page version it make it easier to read on the screen.

It's more of a link re-iteration than a final draft (a pdf version is pretty much out of the question): voila!

I've determined that IE is totally lame and doesn't correctly follow the image viewport width rules in HTML, and I'm no expert, so I'm still tweaking a separate set for IE that emulates what I WANT the page to do but isn't quite the same. Again, Mozilla Firefox (superior and free!) provides better viewing.
