Individual Activity Report
Week 16
For: J. Tirrell
From: Scott Stella; Group 7

This week we, obviously, finished up the white paper final draft. I worked on changing the layout a little. The column width was increased for the right-side column and decreased for the left-side. This allowed space specifically for the hardware table and graphic for each phone. I added footers as well to replace the MS graphic and text box that supplied the line and page number at the bottom of the page. Finally, I edited and added to the references and added in citations.

Individual Activity Report-Scott Stella
Week 14
For: J. Tirrell

This week was totally messed up for me. I didn't get much in on time (but everything was eventually posted). Senior design is eating up 98.72% of my time-our communication dipped a bit this week, likely as a result of other people having similar issues with end-semester projects.

Oh, crap, this is late-totally misread the calendar...

Please don't mark my group-mates off for not replying to this for the assignment as I'm just posting it now.

The images didn't show up when I printed to PDF for some reason, but there are supposed to be graphics there that are translucent-I made text boxes that explain this.

Ethics, Big Picture...

HiggsBoson's picture

Ethics is one of, if not the most, interesting topics ever. We are almost constantly faced with an ethical issue-most of the time we aren't even aware of it. Anyone that has or currently watches Star Trek should understand the importance of ethical consideration to its fullest extent, that is to say something like the text has outlined as the "Intertwined Ethical System". It is easy to see that while the morals and/or values are satisfied from one perspective they are often in conflict with other perspectives-hence the ethical dilemma.

This report is the summary of the progress toward the White Paper project, starting from last Sunday (April 6) to today (April 12).

This week we spent some time brainstorming topics for research and deciding who would research which topic(s). I will be handling research for the "usability" and "reliability" topics for the PDA white paper.
