I think you have a good start to your resume, but there is a little work to be done. First, I think your name should be centered. Your name is the most important thing on your resume, since the entire thing is about you. The way it is right now, you have way too much white space on the right side. I would center your name and consider adding a permanent address on the right side to take up some of the empty space. I also think you need to look at the white space on the right side in the body of your resume. You should consider moving the date, company name, or location to the right side. This will save you room as well as take up the blank space. Your awards and honors section makes good use of space. I am guessing you used a table to align the information to fit right. You should consider doing this for your work experience section as well. My third piece of advice is to try changing your font size. Using different sizes can guide the reader through your information. You have a lot of great information in your work experience section and it would be a shame if this didn't get read because the HR rep was turned off by the blocks of texts. The bolding helps a little, but I think changing the font size would make more of an impact. I like your use of bullets, but you may want to add a little more information to a couple of them, such as "collaborated with global team." This is kind of vague and if you just add what you collaborated with the global team about, it would make more sense. I think you have a good start to your resume. With a little formatting and possibly addition of a little information, you could turn this into an amazing resume that no HR employee would be able to throw away.

Your resume includes lots of very attractive information. That I believe employers want to see. Still there is things you can do to improve your resume even more. I would suggest that you detail the descriptions of your skills and your experience a little more. Saying, "Collaborated with global team," is just too vague. Really try to express to the employer your capabilities. This same sentence can be transformed into, "Used international communications to collaborated with global team." This gives a little bit more information about your experience.
Also I think using a horizontal layout in you experience category would benefit both visual and in would allow for the addition a future experience by providing more space. You resume is full of juicy info. presentation is all you need to really kill.
