The first couple days of this project have been spent getting organized and beginning to jump into the project. I figure it’s better to start with a clear idea of where you want the project to end up rather than figuring out as you go. The hardest part is trying to maintain the plan you have as the project progresses.
So far I have been looking at the energy saving ideas my group and I have put in place and trying to figure out the best way to present the data. One of the tasks I have partly completed is thermal imaging of light bulbs, windows and doors. I have access to the thermal image camera and I think it will be a good way to show what is happening with energy consumption or loss. This will illustrate the heat being lost (inefficiencies) from the previously mentioned examples. Images always help a reader/user to better understand a concept and I think this will really drive home our point. Good and bad examples will be compared to explain the benefit of our tips. By Monday I’m hoping to have all the images taken and organized. This will help get the layout going and some of the information in place.
re: Individual Report (1)
Your specific example of thermal imaging is very helpful. It documents something concrete that you contributed to the project. The first paragraph doesn't seem to add much data. Focus on your accomplishments over the week.
