I like the overall look of your thumbnail. The pictures in line with the text make it look professional. I feel like something like this would work well for our white paper. Since we are trying to help people go green with our whitepaper because of the wind power situation we should probably physically have more green in the whitepaper itself to help get the point across better. I think that those pictures could even be used to help people understand how the turbines actually work. The breakdown section of the turbine on the right could be very beneficial in our whitepaper. Good job with this design.

I really liked your sample graphics. They seems like they will be very useful for our final draft. One thing I would change is the color scheme. I think we should go with green like Bobby recommended with his comments on my thumbnails. I also think we should incorporate some kind of side bar or text box design like in mine or Young’s thumbnails. I think this will make it easier to highlight the major points of each section and help with the overall organization of the paper. Other than those few things everything else in your thumbnail was fine.

I like how you utilized a column format. That should allow for an easier transition from one topic to the next. Also, columns allow the reader to have a more simple time referencing before and after during their observations. I also enjoy you color scheme. It is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The “section summary” will be a good tool for the white paper. With the large amount of information provided to the reader, it will be convenient to have summary portions offered at the end of the sections. I liked your sample graphics. The spacing and sizing of them work out very well. Even with very detailed graphics, the reader can clearly view them.
