Tailoring a business letter to a specific person or group of people is a very important thing to do. It all has to do with rhetoric context, depending on who your audience is and what mood or attitude they have you have to write according to them. JetBlue had this situation occur in February and now we are responding to it by writing a press release and business letter. You have to image your audience (readers/customers) and write according to how you believe what they will want to hear from you!
Here is my press release! Please give me some feedback!
Back in February JetBlue had a real problem on their hands, plans were stuck, frozen on the runways in New York and thousands of customers were stranded in airports with nowhere to go for days!
Here is my employment final project! It has all of the documents in one PDF.

This article titled "Jet Blues -- How NOT to Do Crisis Communications" is very interesting and I believe it will really help when writing our press release and business letter. The article is about how Jet Blue could have dealt with this situation and communicating with customers and employees better. An aspect of this article that I think will really help when doing research for this project is when the author talks about what Jet Blue should have done in this situation. She has a lot of good tips or pointers. I am going to use these when I write my press release and business letter.

I also was looking at the objective statements for ways to revise mine. In the resumes I also found many good examples of ways to make previous work experiences correlate to future job positions. The five resumes that I thought were the best and I would hire the person were:
#4- I found it to be very clean and organized. It also had a very clear objective statement and good previous work experiences.
Here is my resume. Please give me any feedback or advise.
Thanks,
Rachel

I send emails to friends and family very often but I also send emails at my internship everyday. Actually when I got into work today my inbox had about fifteen emails that I had to respond to.
