This article is about a person who experienced the onboard debacles that took place on a JetBlue plane that was sitting out on the tarmac at JFK airport for hours. This woman started up a website called jetbluehostage.com which allows people to vent what they have to say about JetBlue or post editorials that expose some problems within the company.

We recently lost all the blog categories on the site that organized Reading Response and Employment Project posts. Though they have now been restored, individual blog posts will now need to be retagged. This should be easy and quick, and it will assist us greatly in the grading process. Please click on "My Account" on the front page of the site and choose "View recent blog entries." Here, you can select each blog post, click on edit, and choose the proper category for each. These should be fairly obvious, but all the categories are also listed in the calendar.

This article talks about what happened in February of 2007. It explains how their CEO got really up set about the whole situation. The CEO was the founder of the company, and it makes sense that he would be so worried about the situation. It seems as though they were trying to keep flights moving, however, they were unable to these planes in the air, thus causing a lack of communication and many upset passengers. It points how other companies have made mistakes as well, but JetBlue mistake lasted several days.
